Yes! On the Small Crew plan you can invite up to 4 team members. Large Crew gives you up to 12. Crew members see only their assigned customers and can log visits and photos on their routes.

Your data is stored securely in a professional-grade database with encryption. Each business can only see its own data. You can export a full backup anytime from Settings.

Do you have a mobile app?β–Ό

MyScoop Pro works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Add it to your home screen and it looks and feels like a native app β€” without the App Store. Companies like Starbucks and Twitter use the same technology.

How do I install the app on my iPhone?β–Ό

Open myscooppro.com in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow at the bottom), then tap "Add to Home Screen." Name it MyScoop Pro and tap Add. The app icon will appear on your home screen β€” tap it to open the app without the browser bar.

How do I install the app on Android?β–Ό

Open myscooppro.com in Chrome, tap the three dots menu in the top right, then tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App." The MyScoop Pro icon will appear on your home screen. You may also see an automatic "Install" banner at the bottom of the screen β€” just tap it.
